It was very central & convenient for my purpose. The owner was extremely hospitable & helpful. The room was clean & comfortable.
Unfortunately, the new Shopping Centre across the road has blocked the view of the River Bann. The dining room is internal & completely closed in with no windows ~ as such, it was a little bit depressing. However, the staff compensate for this by being so helpful & pleasant.

The cleanliness was excellent, with super clean rooms and beautifully decorated bathrooms with excellent shower facilities. The location was convenient, just minutes from the city center and across from a busy shopping complex with a Tesco. Breakfast options were good, ranging from full English to fresh fruit. The staff, especially Gillian, added a personal touch.

More accessible seating in common areas would help.
